GLOBAL TRADE ⸺

CASE STUDY

[ COMPLETED IN 2021 ]

I MANAGED THE UX FOR GLOBAL TRADE, A RAPIDLY GROWING BUSINESS STARTUP WHICH OFFERS BUSINESS SUPPORT FOR COMPANIES THAT WANT TO ENTER FOREIGN MARKETS WITH THEIR PRODUCT. THE PROCESS INVOLVES FULL SUPPORT IN THE FORMAT OF PROVIDING BOTH ADVISORY AND LEGAL SERVICES.

THE CHALLENGE
create a website for a project from scratch, in a modern design, illustrating wide opportunities and exceptional competencies.
MY ROLE: As a project manager and UX designer responsible for this project, I both led it and corresponded with our designers team while building out the UX. I conducted competitors research, produced sketches, wireframes, and created a copywrite.
I delivered final assets and documents, supervised development and verified the live product, and iterated again for a few rounds.

[PROJECT MANAGEMENT]
PM
We traditionally communicate ON the project in A TELEGRAM CHAT. the concept of emails IS MORALLY OBSOLETE, it is important for me to speed up the process and show that I am always in touch. In addition, at the start of a project, feedback is significantly more important than AN imaginary comfort.
STAGE 1: BRIEFING
initially the information is collected within the BRIEF form, however I prefer to do this during the call in real time. It HELPS to collect much more information than when a client is 1:1 with a brief.

As a result, I received data on:
• MAIN PURPOSES, PRIMARY & SECONDARY KEY ACTIONS
• TARGET AUDIENCE & COMPETITORS

• REFERENCES, EMOTIONS & OTHER INFO
STAGE 2: COMPETITORS
since the project starts from scratch, there is nothing to test for usability and at first there was a desire to research the main competitor.

the competitor's website turned out to be so weak in terms of user experience and interfaces that I immediately developed a concept for THE STRUCTURE OF A NEW WEBSITE
[USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN]
UX
it's time to start designing the interface. Since this is a landing page, there is no point in creating a sitemap, I start with the structure. It is important to achieve such a consistency in the display of content that it WILL not only describe the benefits of company services, but also fight off possible objections.
STAGE 1: STRUCTURE

HOW IT WORKS?
STAGE 1: BRIEFING
URBAN DESIGN IS THE PROCESS OF DESIGNING AND SHAPING THE PHYSICAL FEATURES OF CITIES, TOWNS, AND VILLAGES. IN CONTRAST TO ARCHITECTURE, WHICH FOCUSES ON THE DESIGN OF INDIVIDUAL BUILDINGS, URBAN DESIGN DEALS WITH THE LARGER SCALE OF GROUPS OF BUILDINGS, STREETS AND PUBLIC SPACES
• COMPUTER ARCHITECTURE

• BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE

• COGNITIVE ARCHITECTURE
STAGE 2: PREPARATIONS
INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE IS THE DESIGN OF A SPACE WHICH HAS BEEN CREATED BY STRUCTURAL BOUNDARIES AND THE HUMAN INTERACTION WITHIN THESE BOUNDARIES
